Ustraa Subscription Plans Cancellation Policy
Subscribe to Ustraa's subscription plan and get hassle free deliveries of grooming supplies anytime at home or wherever you wake up. We don't want you to waste time ordering supplies, when there are so many places to visit, so many beers to taste, so many women to date...you get the drift.
You can cancel you subscription plan anytime you wish to by going to 'My Subscription' section in your profile. The 'Cancel' option is available only if you have purchased any subscription plan.
Depending upon when you cancelled your subscription plan, you would be eligible for a set refund amount as store credits. We are listing down the various cancellation cases and the refund amount that you would receive in each case:

Please note the exceptions in our Cancellation Policy:
(a) You requested all your 3 shipments within 7 days after order date. Now you wish to cancel the subscription.
In this case, you would not be eligible for any refund.
In case you do not like a product and let us know with 7 days after delivery of your last shipment, we shall send you a replacement from the pool of products available under our subscription plans.
Please note that after 7 days post your last shipment is delivered, no product replacement request shall be entertained.
(b) You requested your 2 shipments within 7 days after order date. Now you wish to cancel the subscription.
In this case, you would be eligible for refund as per applicable cases:
- You have a plan with 4 Products in Every Shipment: you would get 1246 USTRAA credits
- You have a plan with 3 Products in Every Shipment: you would get 998 USTRAA credits
In case you do not like a product, we shall send you a replacement from the pool of products available under our subscription plans.
Please note that after 7 days post your 2nd shipment is delivered, no product replacement request shall be entertained.
(c) You wish to return the products and cancel subscription after your 2nd shipment is delivered.
In this case, you would be eligible for refund as per applicable cases:
- You have a plan with 4 Products in Every Shipment: you would get 348 USTRAA credits
- You have a plan with 3 Products in Every Shipment: you would get 299 USTRAA credits
In case you do not like a product and let us know within 7 days after 2nd shipment is delivered, we shall send you a replacement from the pool of products available under our subscription plans.
Please note that after 7 days post your 2nd shipment is delivered, no product replacement request shall be entertained.
(d) You wish to return the products and cancel subscription after your 3rd shipment is delivered.
In this case, you would not be eligible for any refund.
In case you do not like a product and let us know within 7 days after 3rd shipment is delivered, we shall send you a replacement from the pool of products available under our subscription plans.
Please note that after 7 days post your 3rd shipment is delivered, no product replacement request shall be entertained.
(e) You had used Credits and/or Discount Coupon Codes while purchasing the subscription plan.
In this case, you would not be eligible for any refund.
In this case, the refund that you get would be after adjusting the Credits and/or Discount amount.
